Boyle have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by the presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said Mrs. Caroline Boyle of the County of Wood, in the State of Texas, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Wood Co. Texas about 5 mls North of Quitman being a part of the J. M. Manning Harght (sic) survey and meted and binded as follows to wit:

Smart deceased in account and indebted to affiant Mrs. Olga Wright, for rent for 13 2/3 months for use of store building belonging to affiant, at the rate of $25.00 per month, aggregating the sume of $342.00 and more fully shown as follows, to-wit:
To rent for use of store building belonging to affiant and situated in the town of Quitman, Wood County, Texas and in Block number 2 according to map and plat of said town, and fronting about 22 feet South on the North side of the public Square in said town and running back North in said block about 90 feet, said building being a one story brick building owned by Dr. J. B. Goldsmith on the East in said Block no. 2 and the building owned by Mrs. Johnnie Cox in said Block on the West and being the same store building which was occupied and being used by said C. J. Smart for Commercial purposes at the time of his death which occurred on the 24th day of July A.D. 1928 and which has since been occupied by said J. F. Smart as administrator of said estate of said C. J. Smart deceased in continuing and carrying on the mercantile business in which said C. J. Smart was engaged at the time of his death: that said tenancy of said building has been continued by said administrator from year to year under parol understanding with affiant the rent to be payable at the end of each month at the rate of $25.00 for each month said claim for rent $342.00 and unpaid being for and covering the months of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December for the year 1933 and for the month of December 1932 and for two thirds of the month of November 1932 aggregating as aforesaid the sum of $342.00.
That said J. F. Smart rented and used said building for commercial purposes as said Administrator and his post office address is Quitman, Wood County, Texas.
I Mrs. Olga Wright do solemnly swear that the foregoing account and claim against J. F. Smart as Administrator of the estate of C. J. Smart deceased is just due and unpaid as I verily believe and that all just and legal offects (sic) payments, and credits known to affiant have been allowed. I regard said tenancy to have terminated December 31st 1933 as I have requested the possession of said building.

Tharp, who after being by me duly sworn says on his oath that he is landlord to C. L. Evans of Alba, Wood County, Texas who is due and owing to this affiant the sum of $60.00 for six months house rent on the north half of a certain store-house building and premises in the town of Alba, Wood County, Texas and hereinafter described, said rent being at the rate of $10.00 per month for the past six months, as shown by the itemized statement hereto attached, marked exhibit "A" and made a part thereof.
That said rent is due to the affiant, E. A. Tharp, by said C. L. Evans, who resides at and does business at Alba, in Wood County, Texas and who is the tenant, occupying and using the north half of the store-house building and premises owned by this affiant and leased to said C. L. Evans, about Sept. 1st, 1934, at the rate of $10.00 per month, which said rented premises are described as follows, to-wit: situated in the town of Alba, in Wood County, Texas , and being the north half of lot No. 24, in block No. 3 of the Hopkins Addition to said tiwn(sic) of Alba according to the map or plat of said town, and being 15 feet north and sough(sic) and 100 feet long east and west, with the improvements thereon situated;
That said lease contract is in writing signed by said parties and provides for the payment of said rent on the first day of each succeeding month and also provides that in case of default in the payment of any rent due said lessor may declare said lease cancelled and re-enter said premises, that said renting is by the month at above rate and the contract runs from Sept. 1, 1934 , to and including Aug. 31, 1935; this affiant claims a lien on all the property on above premises to secure the payment of the rent for the past six months amounting to the sum of $60.00, beginning on December 1st, 1934 and ending on May 31, 1935 and this statement is made in compliance with Article 5237, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, to fix a lien on property on the said rented premises.

Before me the undersigned authority in and for Wood County, Texas on this day personally appeared E. A. Tharp, who after being by me duly sworn on his oath, says that he is agent and attorney for Percy McGeorge, and says:
That said Percy McGeorge, is land-lord to G. A. Doering and the Select Theatres Company, a private corporation under the law, with its principal office and place of business in Mineola, in Wood County, Texas, of which said G. A. Doering is president and agent at Mineola, TExas: that said G. A. Goering and said Select Theatres Company are now and have been for more than two years past, owning, operating and conducting a motion picture theater and business in the City of Mineoly (sic), Texas, known as the "Select Theatre";
That said G. A. Doering and Select Theatres Company are due and owing to said Percy McGeorge, the sum of $3000.00, for fifteen months house rent on the McGeorge building and premises in the City of Mineola, Texas, and hereinafter described, said rent being at the rate of $200.00 per month for the past 15 months, as shown by statement hereto attached marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
That said rent is due to said Percy McGeorge, by said G. A. Doering as: said Select Theatres Co., who resides at and are engaged in business in Mineola, in Wood County, Texas, and who are the tenants, occupying and using and have been for more than two years past, the McGeorge Theater Building in Mineola, Texas, owned by said Percy McGeorge, and leased to said G. A. Doering, under a written lease contract hereinafter mentioned, at the rate of $200.00 per month, which said rented premises are described as follows, to-wit: Situated in the City of Mineola, in Wood County, Texas and being Lot #10, and a part of Lot #11, in Block No. 7, by the Official map of said city and is fully described in a deed recorded in Vol. 71, page 344, Wood County, Tex. Deed Records.
That the rental contract is in writing signed by said McGeorge and G. A. Doering and provides that said rental contract shall begin on the first day of September 1930, and terminate on the 31st day of August 1932 at the rate of $200.00 per month, payable monthly on the first day of each succeeding month; that if the said G. A. Doering has, since the execution of said lease contract, sold or in anyway transferred his property situated in the building on above described leased premises, being his motion picture equipment, attachments and fixtures, to said Select Treatres Company, then said company and said property is still subject to said lease contract and is liable for all rent due said Percy McGeorge as landlord and owner of said premises; that the Post Office address of the said G. A. Doering and said Select Theatres Co., is Mineola, Wood Co. Texas; that said Percy McGeorge, as such landlord claims a lien on all the property situated on above described premises to secure the payment of said rent amounting to the sum of $3000.00 and all future rent.

L. Thompson to secure the payment of said rent, amounting to the sum of $600.00. A. C. Before me the undersigned authority in and for Wood County, Texas, on this day personally appeared A. C. Flynt, who after being by me duly sworn on his oath, says that he set herein for himself and as agent for the Heir of Geo. F. Flynt, deceased, and for Mrs. J. C. Flynt, owners of the hereinafter described property and lessers (sic) to G. A. Doering, and Says:
That above named parties are land-lord to said G. A. Doering, who is at this time and has been for more than two years past, owning, operating and conducting a motion picture theater business in the City of Mineola, Texas, and on the premises hereinafter described, known as the "Palace" Theater.
That the said G. A. Doering is now due and owing to this affiant and above named owners of the hereinafter described premises, the sum of $1252.50, for ten months house rent and the balance due on the eleventh month, on the Flynt Theater Building and premises in said City of Mineola, Texas, hereinafter described, and where said Palace Theater has been operated by said Doering, said rent at the rate of $125.00 per month for the past 11 months, as shown by statement hereto attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
That the said rent is due to affiant, A. C. Flynt and other joint owners, by said G. A. Doering, who resides at and is engaged in business at Mineola, in Wood County, Texas, and who is the tenant, occupying and using and has been for more than two years past, the Flynt Building in Mineola, Texas, owned by affiant, A. C. Flynt, and the other owners above named, and leased to said G. A. Doering, under a written lease contract hereinafter mentioned, at the rate of $125.00 per month, which said rented premises are described as follows, to-wit: Situated in the City of Mineola, in Wood County, Texas, and being the North 85 feet of both lot No. 19, and the east two (2) feet off of lot No.18, in Block No. 4 by the map and plat of said city, with the first or ground floor of the building on said premises.
That the rental contract is in writing signed by said A. C. Flynt and Geo. F. Flynt, now deceased and from who other joint owners of said property, derive their interest , and said G. A. Doering, and provides that said rental contract shall begin on August 1st, 1929, and terminate on July 31st, 1934, at the rate of $125.00 per month, payable on or before the first day of each succeeding month at Mineola, Texas; that the Post Office Address of said G. A. Doering , is Mineola, Wood Co., Texas, that said A. C. Flynt and the other joint owners of said premises as such land-lords, claim a lien on all the property situated on above described premises, and all claims or choses in action incident to and connected with said property, to secure the payment of said rent, amounting to the sum of $1252.50, and all future rent.

County of Kaufman ] Know All Men by These Presents:
Now comes B. E. Overton, who being by me duly sworn, deposes and says: That the following is a true and correct statement of the matters herein contained to wit:That on or about the 1st day of January, 1927, the affiant rented a certain store building situated in the City of Alba, County of Wood to J. D. Blizzard, and that the following is a true and correct statement of rents due under said contract:
Rent for February 1932 ...$25.00
Rent for March 1932 ......25.00
Rent for April 1932 .......25.00
Rent for May 1932 .......25.00
Rent for June 1932 .......25.00
Rent for July 1932 .......25.00
Rent for August 1932 ....25.00
Rent for September 1932 .25.00
Total amounts of rent due..$200.00That the foregoing items of rent were due on the following dates respectively: March 1st, 1932; April 1st, 1932; May 1st , 1932; June 1st, 1932; July 1st, 1932; August 1st, 1932; September 1st, 1932: October 1st, 1932;
That the name of the said tenant is J. D. Blizzard, whose post office address is Alba, Wood County, Texas.
That the description of the rented premises for which the aforesaid rents are claimed to be due and owing is described as follows: Being the West side of a 50 feet by 80 feet building, and being Lot No. 2 in Block No. 2, in the town of Alba, Texas; that the part of said building occupied by the said J. D. Blizzard is 25 foot by 80 feet and is the west hald(sic) of said building.
That all of the above set forth rents claimed for the respective months as set forth are due and unpaid.
I, B. E. Overton, do solemnly swear that the above and foregoing is a true and correct statement of all the amount of rent due as shown by the foregoing itemized statements set forth in the foregoing statement are true and correct; and all legal offsets, payments and credits to which the same are entitled have been allowed.
